Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation Policy:
We understand that schedule conflicts happen. To best serve all of our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
•Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Will incur a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
•No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
•Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
